Questions About My Order
My order hasn't arrived yet?While most of our orders do arrive on time, sometimes postage delays can delay your order at peak times of the year. If you still have not received your domestic (UK) order within 10 working days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can begin a postage claim and either issue a refund or replacement.
How do you send the items?Items are shipped by Royal Mail and you also have the option in the checkout to use a courier if you prefer. Next day delivery is available on all orders. This method of delivery is fully insured.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?Absolutely, if you have any issues on order completion please do not hesitate to call us on 0121 236 0700.
Do you ship to international locations?Yes. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal. Delivery to EU locations is £10. Delivery to non-EU locations is usually £15. All delivery options are displayed in the checkout process and for more information please read our Deliveries Information page.
Can I order by telephone?Yes, you can order by telephone by calling 0121 236 0700. Our sales lines are open at shop opening times.
Can I pay by cheque?Cheques are not accepted.
How much is delivery?Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UK. Delivery to international locations is calculated in the checkout between £10-£15.
Can you deliver to work addresses?Yes. Work or alternative residential addresses can be set in the checkout process or My Account.
Can you deliver on a Sunday?Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on Sundays at this time.
What does Water Resistance mean?
If your watch says 50 metres on the dial or case back, it doesn't mean you can dive to a depth of 50 metres. This rating is referring to the static pressure it can withstand, if help perfectly still underwater at that depth, it would then not let water into the case. The issue here is when the watch is moved, such as when it is being worn, the pressure then varies and causes seals to fail and watch to let water in.
What can I do with my watch in water?
Here is a basic table explaining the different watch ratings for you to compare your watch against.
0 metres / 0 ATM - Some precious metal watches are sealed as much as possible but sometimes due to the nature of the metal they cannot guarantee the watch's water resistance. Care should be taken, including removing the watch before washing your hands.
30 metres / 3 ATM - Splashproof & Rainproof, this means you can wear it where it is likely to be splashed but not immersed, so you can wash your hands or be in the rain.
50 metres / 5ATM - Basic water resistance, this can be submerged in water for periods, so you can use this for swimming and fishing, but it is not recommended for high impact water sports.
100 metres / 10 ATM - Premium water resistance, you can use this reliably whilst swimming, snorkelling or surfing.
200 metres / 20 ATM - Diver spec water resisitance, this can be used for professional marine activity, skin diving and high impact water sports, but not deep sea or mixed gas diving without consulting the manufacturer.
Whats tips are there for maintaining water resistance?
When using the watch in and around water, do not pull out the crown to change the time, and if the watch has a screw down crown and pushers, ensure these are firmly closed before submerging the watch.
After you have finished swimming/diving, especially in salt water or in a pool, rinse off any salt or chlorine, as this may corrode the case or bracelet, and when trapped between the watch and skin, may cause irritation.
Do not use perfumes or creams on the skin under the watch, as these can damage the seals of the watch and cause them to prematurely fail.
Please note, that continued exposure to water may affect the life span of a leather strap, as such this should be avoided, or proper care should be taken as per the manufacturer's guidelines in water.
Watches use a complex series of gaskets and seals to stop any water ingress, usually made of plastic, or rubber, and sometimes with a silicon grease on these seals. These should be inspected every time the watch battery is changed or the watch is serviced, and replaced if needed, and a water resistance test carried out to make sure the watch continues to perform correctly underwater.

Are your watches brand new?Yes. We only sell 100% brand new goods supplied to us directly from the manufacturer via approved distributors.
Do you sell fake/replica watches?No. All of our watches are 100% genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer via approved distributors.
Do your watches come in boxes?Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer. We do not sell loose, unboxed watches.
Do your watches come with guarantees?Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer's guarantee with our official distributor's stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.
Are you an official supplier of these watches?Yes. We are an official supplier for all of our watch brands.
Are these watches actually in stock?The Watch Centre stock all of our watches listed on the website and we currently hold what is listed as in stock. So, unlike some of our competitors, we ship our watches directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

Are batteries included in the watches?Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer - your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes all of our watches come with a two year manufacturers warranty period. We are able to offer a manufacturers warranty because we are official resellers.

Refunds & Replacements
What is the best way to return my item?We highly recommend using a special delivery service so you can be assured the item is insured and trackable. Retain the receipt for postage if you sent it before receiving our free returns label and we will reimburse you for the cost if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
When will I be refunded?99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but sometimes may take slightly longer to process. We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. If after 7 days you haven't received your refund please contact us at email@example.com.
What if I don't like the watch I ordered?We operate a full 30 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn.
